• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and verify that the work is being performed according to the approved plans.
• Ensure that all construction work complies with quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Assist in inspecting completed work for quality assurance and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve on-site construction issues, recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Report on site conditions and highlight any potential delays or risks to senior engineers or the project manager.
• Work closely with project managers to assist in the coordination of construction activities.
• Monitor the progress of the project, ensuring work is completed on time and according to the schedule.
• Assist in managing construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth flow of activities.
• Help in the coordination of deliveries of materials and equipment, ensuring timely arrival and proper handling.
• Maintain effective communication with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that everyone is aligned with the project goals.
• Participate in project meetings, providing updates on site activities, progress, and challenges.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., electrical, mechanical, civil) to address any issues related to the project.
• Learn and apply new construction technologies, tools, and techniques.
• Take responsibility for personal growth, aiming to move towards more senior roles in the engineering field.

• An initial consolidated amount of Rs. 40,000 - 60,000 per month, all-inclusive.
• The consolidated remuneration will be increased by 5% for each succeeding year, subject to satisfactory performance.
